User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) regulates relations between VEROLINQ LLC (hereinafter referred to as VEROLINQ or Administration) on one hand and the user of the site on the other hand.

This site of VEROLINQ is not a mass media. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the site of VEROLINQ!

Subject of the agreement

The Administration gives the user the right to post on the site the following information:

- Text information;
- Graphic data.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:
- search for information on the site;
- receive information on the site;
- demand from the administration to hide any information about the user;
- demand from the administration to hide any information provided by the user to the site;
- to use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes;
- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration;
- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of copyright holders.

Administration has the right to:
- create, modify and cancel the rules at its discretion and necessity;
- restrict access to any information on the site;
- create, modify, delete information.

The user undertakes to:
- ensure the reliability of the information provided;
- ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties;
- not to disrupt the performance of the Site;
- not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.

The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the site's operability except for cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration's control;
- to carry out multilateral protection of the user's account;
- protect information, the distribution of which is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violated the rules;
- provide all available information about the User to authorized government authorities in cases established by law.

Responsibility of the parties
- the administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the expected by the User and actually received services;
- the administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties;
- the administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties.
- in case of force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.


Terms and Conditions of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective with any use of this site. The Agreement ceases to be in force when its new version is published. Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion. Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
